SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from your order date normally.
If your order requires expedited service, please make note of your special requirements in the notes at checkout.
From August 2018 onwards, we ONLY use TRACKABLE shipping methods and we CANNOT be responsible for lost packages that are registered as "delivered". If you are concerned your package may get taken after delivery, please request a delivery method with signature services.

Please be advised that all international orders are shipped via HK Post unless requested otherwise.
***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** Taxes & customs fees may be applied at the time of delivery, the buyer is responsible for these charges. Arrangements will be made for additional shipping costs on bulk orders.

We take the utmost pride in each product sold by Craftirisy. Please be aware that custom orders are customised to meet the specific needs of each client. Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE.
